This program is designed for property sellers interested in having their property evaluated for a possible immediate cash purchase “unfinanced”, without going through the marketing process and without brokerage fees from the seller. Once all documentation has been received, the Acquisition Department will have a maximum of 48 hours to submit an offer or decline interest. If an offer exists, it will be formally presented in writing via email. Owners will have a 24-hour period to respond if the offer is approved. Once approved, the signing of the option contract will be coordinated within a maximum period of 30 days, or according to the terms of purchase if there is any other negotiation. The “escrow” account of Sosa Real Estate PR will be used for the received deposit.
